Knowu ("we", "us", "our") operates knowu.co (the "Platform"). This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it in compliance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

We collect and process your data on the basis of your explicit consent, given when you check the consent checkbox and submit the intake form. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us at the address below.
Your data is stored securely in Supabase, a hosted Postgres database with servers located in Singapore (ap-southeast-1). Access is restricted to Knowu team members only.
We retain your data for up to 12 months from the date of submission, or until you request deletion, whichever comes first. After this period, your data is permanently deleted from our systems.
